Payment 

You may pay using either of the options offered at the checkout, these include standard card payment, PayPal, Apple Pay etc. Nena Official will not receive any information in regards to your personal payment details. 

 

Returns 

Ready made products 

Ready made orders can be returned if they are in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to return the item. 

Custom orders

Custom order are very special and, as with all of the other products we offer, we take a great amount of time creating them. For this reason, we are unable to accept the return of any custom orders unless there is a structural fault with the item.
